The Hall of Waters in Excelsior Springs was built as a PWA project at a cost of $1 million to house bottling facilities for 10 mineral water springs. The building, designed by architects Keene & Simpson, opened in stages from 1937 through 1938. The structure is built over the Siloam and Sulpho-Saline springs.
